The Center’s Objectives

• Identification of the key elements and the objectivity that helps in the planning of finding the solutions to current or anticipated dilemmas or emergencies as well as their mutual effects in the frames of: National, regional and international levels, and securing the elements of success of these solutions at all levels.
• Providing the scientific support for the workers to have in the center collaborating organization (whether governmental or private, i.e. the organization that will cooperate with the center in the field of research and strategic information) the specialized scientific knowledge that will help them overcome the dilemmas, whether it “was natural and unexpected due to facts in its essence or just a reflection" of specific issues.
• Activating and investing the purposeful process of scientific research according to the available data.
• Securing the elements of success and development of the work of the organization collaborating with the center through the role of purposeful scientific research in all its dimensions: humanitarian, social, cultural, informative, educational, legal, economical, environmental and technical etc.
• Establishing conferences, scientific seminars and lectures involving specialists in the strategic scientific and forward-looking future field.
• Relentless follow-up of the developments of great impact on issues concerning the organization collaborating with the center, the developments that invest for the preparation of strategic scientific researches and elements of the resolution to develop its work, productivity and elements of success, as well as to the offering of recommendations, proposals and resolutions’ paths guarantying the success of its work.
• Providing recommendations and informational services to the organization collaborating with the center and to the various audio-visual media as well as the printed ones as a part of the informative culture serving the individual and community and contributing in the development and improvement of the performance.
• Following up the changes and the developments that stand out in the local, regional and international site and extrapolating their effects, dimensions and potential implications as well as investing the expertise of the scientific researches to out-look the future thus consequently positively influence in the making of right decisions.
• Communicating with the similar scientific research centers, experts, researchers, journalists and experienced decision-makers at the local, regional and international levels in the purpose of constructive working in the making of decisions that fit with the objective scientific data of events.
• Providing scientific, statistical and informational base on specific topics that are considered central in the domain of the strategic scientific research and cognitive media.
• Providing advisory services to governmental and non-governmental institutions concerned with scientific research and strategic media knowledge.
